| Happy Mother's Day,
to all the mothers out there! And of course my mother, the strongest woman i know. Thank you for everything you've done. 
"Farewell" dinner for Gidz on Monday night was nice! I had my doctor's appointment before that and i love appointments too 'cos it makes me feel like my skin is getting better. It helps that my doctor is really nice too. But anyway, Thai FOOOOD.

And work. Thinking of work makes me sick. Haha, i kid lah. The past week has been nice because i didn't do anything much. Seriously, the highlight of the day is when Leelian and gang come down to the greenhouse to count algae. I can't believe the first time i saw her was exactly 8 months ago. I can totally remember how supa nice she was and how she taught me almost everything i needed to know. Her lame jokes too. LOL.
Oh, also, from the bottom of my heart, i'd like to thank Rachel &Sy for popping by school! Hahaha. And Cheongheng of course. My slack-ness cannot be compared to Cheongheng's. HAHA. It's nice how we have so much to catch up on after AHS. And this Rachel! I met her outside ITAS and she whipped out BBT! You have no idea how happy i was. Hahaha.
For the entire week, i've been looking forward to Friday 'cos Shoah's exam is finally over and it was time for us to meet up for dinner! Met Shah first at the escalator and when he led me to the restaurant i immediately went    when i saw W*uhong and L*iza. Finally ate the ayam bakar that S has been talking about. Doesn't ayam bakar sound like a bad word? Like "you ayam BAKAR!!!"
The area around my mouth started peeling AGAIN so L suggested that we go to Sephora to get some mosturizer. And that 600$ perfume @#$%& I had an awkward moment with a salesman but thankfully S came and the awkward situation shifted to him instead. *laughs* But that mosturizer did work for me!
After our sephora adventure, we went to Coldstone!
I ordered Cookie Mintster only because i misread Minster as Monster. #fail But anything cookie and oreo-y is fine by me! We ordered chocolate coated waffles for all 4 cups so when the price came up to $14.50, i turned to S and said
"Why so cheap ah?"
And that Shoah went
"Excuse me, she'd like to pay more."
Hahahahaha basket.
I love how it doesn't even feel like we haven't met for 3 months. So much to talk about. I miss them so freakin much!

| Work
I have only worked for 3 days but i'm dreading to wake up early tomorrow already. HAHA. #草莓族. But besides waking up early, it's really nice working in TP. It's just like my second home so it's really comfortable there.
And i suddenly miss I*BN alot toooooo. Totally didn't mind going to BV at all! Missmissmiss everything, everyone.  Can't wait for Friday! Wuhong, Liza, Shoooooah~!
For now, i have a severe case of Monday Blues. But! i have my doctor's appointment tomorrow so that's something to look forward to! And the dinner for Gidz after that - thai food!
Monday is starting to sound better already.

| Grad Trip 2012
Actually i can't remember how the planning went 'cos everything just happened so fast! Rachel was asking when we were free for the trip and somehow it got set on the last week of April. Char booked hotel and coaches and...off we go!
*I blogged this last week (ok except sunway lagoon day) BUT i reached the limit for photo limit for the month so i had to wait for May to arrive. Haha! But ta-dah! The entry is finally done.
Day 1 - Sunday Night
I went over to Rachel's house, played with Joyjoy for awhile and her dad sent us to Char's house. Then Char's dad drove us up to JB!
We hopped on Pexang's car when we reached JB and that's when i became fully awake 'cos i was SO excited we were actually sitting in a friend's car in Msia. He drove us around JB and got some...loklok!
It was a supa fun car ride 'cos of the sudden turns and funny conversations! "抢你没关系，麻烦再送你去医院" And i clearly remember Pexang swerving at one point to avoid a motorcyclist. I would probably get a heartattack if i were that motorcyclist!!
Then we went to some other coffee shop where we had tissue prata and ramly burger which was sooooooo good. That was my first time eating it! I always thought the egg would be gooey but it was so naise!!
After our midnight adventures, Peixiang drove us back to Charmaine's house and we played with Pepper, bathed and watched tv for awhile before sleeping. We finally got to meet Pepper!

After this we just bathed and slept. I woke up in the middle of the night with Pepper trying to lick me. Hahaha! Supa cute.
Day 2 - Monday
We all woke up at 11AM i think? Or 10AM? Then Char's dad drove us to Auntie Lim for brunch. He was telling us about Char and Deeeeeee~ Hahahaha!
I'm gonna repeat this over and over in this blog entry but the food was really nice!

We had some frozen yogurt after that and her dad dropped us at Jaya Jusco where we walked around and bought snacks for our coach ride.
Her dad picked us up again at 2:45PM and sent us to TBS to board our coach.
The coach was FAB. Firstly, there was almost no one on the bus so each of us had 2 seats to ourselves. Secondly, the seats were so spacious and clean. I wasn't expecting such an awesome coach!
We reached KL slightly before 8PM and we took a cab to our hotel, Imperial Hotel at Bukit Bintang. I love the area we stayed in because bintang means Star in Malay! #random
After checking in, it was drizzling so we walked to a stall near our hotel for dinner. I think this was my favourite meal of the trip. Tom yam soup, fried kang kong, pattaya, nasi goreng kampong, beehoon goreng!
We took a picture with the shop keeper! We walked along the streets after that before going back to the hotel~
Crazy nights. HAHA.
Zhiyu was doing stuff like clapping/ slapping her hair. At one point, she was drying her hair upside down and that is fine 'cos i do that too but she said:
Zhiyu: Jamie Oliver said it's the right way to dry your hair.
Rachel: Jamie Oliver is a CHEF.
Zhiyu: Precisely!

At one point, i started laughing till the point i started to TEAR. Hahahaha! I miss hotel nights!
From Day 1, Zhiyu wanted to go to somewhere with alot of steps in KL 'cos she saw it on The Amazing Race but she had no idea what that place was called. THEN char's dad called and she asked him if he knew where and he KNEW!!
"你们要去印度庙做什么！？“ It was Batu Caves. So we decided to go to Batu Caves the next day.
Day 3 - Tuesday
We woke up at 9AM! Zhiyu and i went down to the travel agency first to ask about Batu Caves but they didn't know! So we went to another information counter and the girls there were sooooooo helpful. They even wrote down the names of the trains etc for us.
Back to the hotel to meet the other two after that!

We took a monorail to KL Sentral. Journey wasn't too long and all of us managed to get seats 'cos it was rather empty, surprisingly!
And thennnnn. At KL Sentral, we had a quick brunch before taking the KTM to Batu Caves!
This shot was extremely awkward 'cos a group of guys were staring at us! @#$%^& And we wanted the sign with "Batu Caves" in the picture so...
The seats were awesomezzz. I really like public transport in KL! It isn't crowded and stuffy. And mind you, this was the mad lunch hour but the monorail/ train weren't packed!
At one station, Zhiyu and I decided to RUN out of a train door and run back into the next train carriage before the doors closes. (We even brough our pouches in case we really get stuck outside) So the moment the train stopped, we walked and realized that NO ONE was getting on/ boarding! So we RAN quickly to the next carriage and a few seconds after we stepped in, the door closed. Hahahahahaha, crazy things we do. It was SO fun and funny!

AND WE REACHED! All of us did henna before entering.

It was HOT. Scorching hot and very humid!

It was much cooler the moment we reached the top, thankfully.
There were hundreds of pigeons - i'm not exaggerating! And probably 20-30 monkeys or something. These monkeys were stealing food from tourists! And this australia dude had his can of A&W stolen. As we were laughing about it, suddenly Zhiyu screamed and squatted down. Some monkey poked a hole in her plastic bread and stole her bread! Hahahahahaha. She thought Rachel was the one tugging on her bag.

Thanks to the camera's softening effecct, the Dark Cave look strangely smooth. But we had awesome skin. HAHA.
As i mentioned before (did i?) there were 632428 pigeons and Zhiyu and i are afraid of them. So Rach and Char cleared the way and as Zhiyu walked through the pigeons she started shouting "MOOOTHER FAAAATHER" Damn freaking funny!
We left the caves at 2+PM I think? And cabbed down to Sungei Wang to walk around. There was Share Tea there! So happy to see it. AND THEN AT 5.30ish, we wanted to go down to Petaling Street BUT it started to rain! We cabbed there after the rain died down abit.

And then we walked around Petaling Street! This was so amusing 'cos ALL the shopkeepers (i do mean all) will talk to you and say stuff like "Take look!" "Hi sweetie" "Hi baby" " "Hi beauty" It was so amusing! Each of us had our own funny shopkeeper stories. Rachel even had someone say she looked like Lady Gaga! Char dropped her shades at one point and the WHOLE street starting making alot of noise. It was crazy! But i really enjoyed that night. Haggling with shopkeepers, having small talk with strangers.
This shopkeeper was really friendly and funny as well! Zhiyu says he looks like Roy. And i wanted to take a picture with him 'cos i liked his tattoos. He had a black and red star on his neck but it can't be seen hereeeee.

Also, before the trip Zhiyu suggested that we celebrated Rachel's birthday in advance and so.... after Petaling Street (9PM?) we cabbed back to the hotel and Charmaine and i used the excuse that we were going back to Sungei Wang to get her shoes when we actually went to a bakery nearby to get her a cake.

Then we left the cake at the lobby and only collected it while Rachel was bathing. Then Zhiyu shouted "HOW LONG YOU GONNA TAKE, I NEED TO SHIT." Hahahahaha! It was a funny scene. So imagine the look on Rachel's face when we came out of the toilet and saw the cake and card right in front of the toilet.
I don't have the birthday celebration pictures in my camera, gotta wait for Char to send them! Char wanted to get apples after bathing so i switched pants with her briefly. Ah ma pants!

Then we started goofing around (again) and bombing charmaine up and stuff like that.

I think we look quite pretty with those wrinkles and liver spots. Hahahahahaha!
Day 4 - Wednesday
I think we were supposed woke up at 9AM but i think we only woke up at 10AM. LOL. Made it just in time for McDees breakfast. They have some breakfast set! Then we cabbed to Sunway Lagoon.

Both of them were supa excited while Char and i were just blehhhhh. We bought tickets for the Wet Park + Amusement Park + Wildlife park.
I wanted to take a picture with that zombie but at the very last minute everyone came in and the gun was pointed, haha! I love this shot.

Right after this, we went to take our first rollercoaster and i was terrified. Rollercoasters are probably one of my greatest fears!! Char and i sat together in the middle and the two crazies sat right at the back which was the scariest! When they strapped on the safety belt i wanted to RUN away. Char and i were deciding how we should hold the handlebar for maximum security and we settled with looking at our feet. Hahaha! My eyes were closed for most of the duration of the ride lah ok. Zhiyu dared me to raise my hands up for 3 seconds but HAHA. Good thing i didn't agree.

THE TOMAHAWK. We saw this on posters on the way down to sunway lagoon and char and i already made up our minds that we were definitely NOT gonna take this ride because it was a freakin 360 degrees viking! But somehow i got more brave when we reached the ride and it was SUPA fun! I want to take it again!

After this we went to explore the wildlife park and eveeeeerything there was so kewt! One good thing about the park is that we don't have to pay for pictures with the animals like in the zoo in SG.

This is Peter the iguana! He is about 7-8 years old and he was struggling to stay awake the whole time, haha!
And, this is BOBBY! The civet cat. He nibbled non stop. Wasn't painful though. But he STINKS. HAHA. After we washed our hands i could still smell him somewhere...somehow..

And this is YOKO! Such a beauty. So friendly too! She can whistle, say hello and do this Miss Universe wave. Hahahaha! Too adorable.
There was another south african parrot called King Kong but he went back with his trainer before we could take a picture with him.. Although i MIGHT not have taken one with him. Ahem Mango.
Then.....we headed to the suspension bridge!
Nice staff helped us take this! Look at the wet patch on char's shirt. HAHA. After touching smelly Bobby we went to a toilet to wash our hands BUT the water pressure in the tap was super high! We all got wet but char got SOAKED.
Krazy people do krazy things! The guy in the black shirt in the back was twisting. if zoom in you can see it. Damn funny!

Can't remember what else we did! Eat ice cream! And.... yes. Can't remember. We walked to a nearby sohp for dinner after that.

Thennnn we cabbed back to the hotel to pick up our lugagges/ buy food and headed to TBS again. The taxi driver was really nice and honest so we decided to pay him more. :')
Our coach was at 730PM and we only changed our boarding pass at 715PM i think? So i wrote down our names cos i was telling Rachel i could write quicker. But turns out the guy couldn't read my handwriting. LOL. *Bows head and walks away*
Our coach was still as awesome (it was a double decker bus!) but it was entirely full so no two seats for us!

This trip was...great! My favourite days were Sunday night and the entire Batu Caves days. That day was seriously fruitful and so freaking fun!The first day at the hawker near our hotel was the BEST meal i had i think. I think i actually like Malaysia alot! Most people there are very friendly and the food...the FOOD.. And, strangely i didn't have internet/ whatsapp withdrawal symptoms throughout the trip like i thought i would have. I really cannot think of a better way to end my 3 years in TP. Gonna miss attending school with these girls sooooo much. Sigh.
Getting sad about leaving school again.

| Future
It's has been about 2 months since our poster presentation and mad rush of the printing of the reports! Time flies. These days, i've been doing nothing. Ok, actually i'm waiting for a job that hasn't gotten back to me and do you know how incredibly annoying waiting is?! But life is SO good now! I've been waking up at whatever time i want, watching The Office, playing DW7, playing the piano, or occassionally getting my lazy butt out of the house to meet friends.
And about the future....
Plan A really doesn't seem like it's gonna work out but at the same time, i'm starting to get a ltitle excited about Plan B!
But life is funny like that - you might think that is all you ever wanted. However, you really never know till the opportunity comes. What you didn't expect you'd like might turn out to be something even better than what you wanted.
Let's hope this will be the case for me this time too!
